Hi, I’m Nisha.

I’m an Atlanta-based design leader, AI creative strategist, creative technologist and creative consultant with a mix of advertising agency, creative studio and in-house experience. Creativity and forward-thinking innovation lie at the heart of everything I do. My work spans creative direction and design transformation—evolving brand systems, embedding accessibility, and connecting AI-assisted workflows to how creative teams work.

At a global technology consultancy, I contribute to best-in-class campaign work for clients across semiconductors, enterprise software, mobility and delivery, cybersecurity and retail, alongside a state-level initiative supporting a major international sporting event. I contribute to the design of emerging AI-powered tools and connected creative workflows—bringing design leadership, UX/UI and accessibility to experiences that make complex technology easier to use.

My experience also includes senior design, art direction, national campaigns, workshop facilitation, partner toolkit design, and owning accessibility processes, requirements and training across an entire technology engagement.

My toolkit spans Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and After Effects; PowerPoint, Keynote and Figma Slides; FigJam and Microsoft Whiteboard in Teams; and Claude with Figma MCP for prototyping.
